Hi! I'm Angela Cormier, founder of The Cormier Way. I am a Master's educated, nationally certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a California Teaching Credential in Physical Education, and I am on a mission to make our world healthier. Using the power of education and a positive coaching approach, I hope to empower girls and women across the globe to live a life of physical and mental wellbeing filled with energy, confidence, and purpose.
