Hi! I'm Angela Cormier, founder of The Cormier Way. I am a Master's educated, nationally certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a California Teaching Credential in Physical Education, and I am on a mission to make our world healthier.
