Fitness The Cormier Way

What's Included...

You will be given Angela's 12-week workout plan that will take you from beginner fitness levels to advanced fitness levels ready for the strength & muscle building of Phase 2. Each week includes four, 45-minute workouts (including cardio, warm-up, and cool-down) with an emphasis on core strength and total body foundations. This provides consistency for growth, flexibility for schedule changes and personal preferences, and the wiggle room needed for varying fitness levels. Every workout provides all the information you need to complete each workout independently, from reps, to time, to demo videos, and more.

Angela's Personal, Science-based Workout Program

You will be given Angela's personal workout plan that will take you from beginner fitness levels in Phase 1 all the way to advanced fitness levels in Phase 3 with a final maintenance program, so you learn to actually keep your growth long-term! The structure of each workout allows for personal adjustments to meet varying fitness abilities while still providing a challenge. Every workout provides all the information you need to complete each workout independently, from reps, to time, to demo videos, and more.

TCW Recipe Books + 1000s of Additional Recipes

You will be receiving EIGHT DIFFERENT digital recipe books filled with meals Angela personally loves and uses for herself, and meals that her past clients have loved! The Cormier Way recipe books include: Low Calorie (the original), Vegetarian, Vegan, High Protein, Low Carb, 5-Ingredient, Gluten Free, AND Smoothie. Each recipe is filled with whole foods, emphasizing superfoods, and provide sample meal plans. Use these recipes in addition to the thousands of other recipes you have access to in the program to create your favorite fueling method EVER.

Weekly Mindset Videos with Aligned Activities

Start every new week with a powerful mindset message to help get you in the right headspace- a headspace of self-appreciation, good health, and confidence regarding your unique path. Mindset work is critical to overcome inevitable obstacles, stay on track, and remind yourself that you are beautiful, you are strong, and you CAN DO THIS (and that you want to do this!) Activities are included to transfer theory into practice so you can actually experience the shift in how you view your fitness, and how you view yourself.

Our habits make up our identity. Our habits are more powerful than determination or willpower, because those feelings simply do not exist all the time. The KEY to long-term success and keeping the results you achieve comes down to behavior change and rewiring your subconscious brain. Because of the critical nature of habits for long-term success, Angela's program includes daily, weekly, and/or monthly healthy habits that will transform your lifestyle (and identity) to one of total health and wellness.

Personal Client Dashboard with Checklists

With Fitness The Cormier Way, you have the opportunity to hold yourself accountable with a daily to-do list on your client dashboard, where every task for the day is listed in one convenient location for an easy checklist. Items range from daily habit tracking, to workout check-ins, to a daily food diary, and more. Research has shown that having daily task goals and weekly check-ins (even with yourself) in the form of self-monitoring increases consistency and accountability.

 Messages & Reminders from Angela

Throughout the program, you will receive motivational messages and important reminders from Angela via the messenger system to help keep you motivated, committed, and on track during your fitness journey. While you do not have the ability to respond to these messages, it is highly encouraged that you open them and read them as you receive them, so you can stay connected to your program and provide yourself with the reminders of why you began in the first place.

TCW Community: Online Group for Connection 

As a TCW participant, you will be invited to our private community group. This group allows you to connect with other women going through a similar journey. You can ask questions, share wins, share struggles, or concerns, and receive live support for each other along the way. Angela will also share valuable content and motivational reminders on a spontaneous basis. Having this community is that additional accountability you may be looking for!

Personal Cheerleader Following Your Journey (Virtual)

Angela will be following your journey, high-fiving and cheering you on every step of the way. Finished a workout? Awesome job! Healthy breakfast logged? High-five! New milestone reached? Woohoo! You will also receive motivational messages throughout the program via the messaging app, encouraging you and reminding you that the journey to a healthier you is imperfect but worth every up and down experienced.
