A message from Angela...

I’m a coach, educator, and girl-mom who’s worked with hundreds of women trying to “do everything right”—but keep feeling stuck.

What I’ve learned is this:
It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what actually works for your life.

That’s why I created The Cormier Way.

Because the women I work with don’t struggle to start—they struggle to stick with something that actually fits their lives.

What's Included

You will be given Angela's 12-week workout plan that will take you from beginner fitness levels to advanced fitness levels ready for the strength & muscle building of Phase 2. Each week includes four, 45-minute workouts (including cardio, warm-up, and cool-down) with an emphasis on core strength and total body foundations. This provides consistency for growth, flexibility for schedule changes and personal preferences, and the wiggle room needed for varying fitness levels. Every workout provides all the information you need to complete each workout independently, from reps, to time, to demo videos, and more.
